David began his healthcare career at FutureCare Health & Management, where he held leadership roles in financial analysis, Medicare reimbursement, and human resources. Since then, he has overseen the acquisition, stabilization, and growth of numerous healthcare facilities, helping organizations improve clinical outcomes, strengthen operational performance, and create sustainable long-term success.
His contributions to the industry have earned national recognition, including the prestigious Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award from the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) and two McKnight's Gold Awards for excellence in long-term care leadership, quality, and innovation.
Beyond EMY Healthcare, David serves as President of the Association for Mothers and Infants (AIM), President of Darchei Noam School, board member of the Northwest Citizen Patrol (NWCP) and the Administrator of the CNA Advisory Committee for the Maryland Board of Nursing. His leadership philosophy centers on building strong teams, empowering caregivers, and creating environments where residents receive exceptional care and dignity every day.
Nathan Goldberg is Partner and co-founder of EMY Healthcare, where he oversees financial strategy, capital planning, acquisitions, and long-term growth initiatives. With a unique background spanning real estate development, business operations, and healthcare finance, Nathan plays a key role in ensuring the organization's continued stability and expansion.
Prior to entering healthcare, Nathan was a partner at Ashley Custom Homes, one of Baltimore's leading residential development firms. There, he developed extensive experience in budgeting, project management, asset oversight, and strategic investment planning. He later brought that expertise into the healthcare sector, helping build and grow a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities focused on quality outcomes and sustainable operations.
At EMY Healthcare, Nathan directs financial planning, reimbursement strategy, capital improvement initiatives, and acquisition analysis. His disciplined approach to financial stewardship has helped support facility transformations, operational improvements, and long-term organizational growth.
Nathan is passionate about building healthcare organizations that balance fiscal responsibility with compassionate care. Tuvya Green serves as COO of EMY Healthcare and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the organization's portfolio of skilled nursing facilities. A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), Tuvya brings extensive experience in facility operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and leadership development.
Before joining EMY Healthcare, Tuvya served as a Regional Administrator and consultant to long-term care facilities throughout the East Coast, helping organizations navigate operational challenges, improve survey outcomes, and strengthen internal systems. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of facility operations have made him a trusted leader among administrators, department heads, and frontline caregivers alike.
At EMY Healthcare, Tuvya works directly with facility leadership teams to drive operational excellence, enhance resident care, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
